Built for the demands of food and beverage distribution, the Waltco HLF Series combines flexibility, durability and ease of operation for multi-stop delivery routes. Available in 2,500-to-5,000-pound capacities, its large, two-section aluminum platform provides ample working space for palletized loads while the knurled surface helps provide secure footing. The flipaway design folds beneath the vehicle floor, giving drivers easy access to the cargo area and allowing unrestricted dock access without activating the liftgate. A lightweight, torsion-assisted platform makes operation easier, while the galvanized finish helps extend equipment life. With protected hydraulic components, accessible maintenance points and a hydraulic lock valve that secures the platform in transit, the HLF is designed to keep food and beverage deliveries moving efficiently and reliably.

Weather Guard Pack Rat turns the truck bed or work van into a jobsite-ready workspace. Product features include powder-coated 14-gauge steel construction and steel ball bearings are designed for long-term performance in harsh jobsite conditions. Integrated 1KEY ULTRALOCK provides one key control that reduces key inventory hassles across a single truck or an entire fleet. Adjustable and removable partitions support semi-custom layouts for tools, fasteners, and equipment that change from job to job. A 425 pounds drawer capacity and up to 2,000lb top-load rating (by model). Maximized drawer extension and an integrated full-width ergonomic handle allow for smooth, one-motion access to stored gear. TWO-STAGE SERVICE VEHICLE COMPRESSORS
Jenny Products, Inc. offers a line of two-stage service vehicle compressors that includes five models, each proven to meet the demands of service centers and other applications. The compressors are powered by five to 18 horsepower Honda GX series engines and come with 30 gallon or 80 gallon air tanks. Available with recoil or electric start, they are offered with three different pump styles to meet a variety of volume requirements. The lowest-capacity unit provides 10.2 CFM at 125 PSI or 9.1 CFM at 150 PSI, while the largest unit provides 39.5 CFM at 125 PSI or 34.7 CFM at 150 PSI.

HOOKLIFT BUMPER DESIGN
Stellar Industries, new standard bumper design for the popular NXT Series Hooklifts is now available for order. Designed for maximum versatility and ease of installation, these bumpers are available in both bolt-on and welded configurations for all new NXT Series orders. The bumper design simplifies installation while allowing operators to add essential accessories, including cameras, hitch options and gladhands. The bumpers come in two capacity options: the 20K, designed for Class 3 to 6 chassis with a 20,000-pound pull capacity, and the 90K, built for Class 7 and 8 chassis with a 90,000lb pull capacity. This refined bumper design was developed and tested over the past two years, utilizing data-focused structural testing to ensure precise hitch load ratings. The project involved an ongoing partnership with Iowa State University’s Center for Industrial Research and Service (CIRAS) to validate multiple configurations under rated load, fatigue and failure conditions. Both the bolt-on and welded versions of the bumper are available for all new orders of NXT Series Hooklifts.
