HARD CORE

Granite MHD is ready to outperform the competition.

The Granite MHD is a versatile heavy-duty truck great for municipal, construction, service and utility, and dump applications. Available in 6×4 and 4×2 configurations and axle forward and axle back models, Granite MHD is ready to outperform the competition.
According to Mack Trucks, “The Granite MHD delivers the durability you expect from a Mack truck, yet it’s configured for shorter runs and lighter duty-cycles to fit the needs of your business. Granite MHD is the perfect lighter-duty two-axle or three-axle dump truck for local use or to complement your larger Granite Dump fleet.”

THE DOWN LOW

The Granite MHD features a cab-mounted exhaust for a clean back-of-cab to accommodate most body options. Its cornerstone chassis utilizes a high-strength steel alloy design and constant rail height to create a strong-yet-light body. This chassis has a 7-mm frame rail thickness, specifically for the Granite MHD, and is also available in eight-, 9.5-, and 11.1-mm frame rail thicknesses.

THE INNARDS

Just as tough as the Granite, Granite MHD features rugged additions, such as flush and extended channel type front bumpers for jobsite protection and hood splash shields to extend component life and keep the engine compartment clean.
Granite MHD’s cab is made of galvanized steel and is mounted on airbags and shocks for maximum comfort during those heavy lifting sessions.
