NEXIQ Technologies announced the release of eTechnician™ v2.3. The diagnostic solution provides diagnostic capabilities for vehicles with Power Solutions International® (PSI) engines using the MT88 Engine Control Module. This adds work truck diagnostic coverage to its already robust heavy-duty coverage. As a result, eTechnician has something for just about every type of vehicle in the commercial vehicle market.
The newly released PSI Engines Module supports 6-L and 8.8-L engines, as well as 8.8-L LPG and 8.8-L CNG engines. Numerous vehicle programmable parameters and the ability to categorize and sort data points augments broad Bi-directional Support. Its capabilities also allow users to view diagnostic parameters, read both active and inactive faults, and clear inactive faults.
