ArcReach Technology Now Standard on Trailblazer 325 Welder/Generators

WELD WITH TIME- AND MONEY-SAVING TECHNOLOGY

Miller Electric Mfg. LLC, manufacturer of Miller® brand arc welding equipment, announced that ArcReach technology will now come standard on Trailblazer 325 welder/generator gas and diesel models (excluding Battery Charge models and optional on LP model). ArcReach technology provides complete control of welding parameters at the weld joint without a control cord, helping operations save time and money on the jobsite.

“In addition to offering unbeatable welding performance and outstanding fuel economy, these industry-leading welder/generators are now even better with ArcReach technology,” Jake Zwayer, product manager, Power Systems Division, Miller, says. “Welders can adjust their parameters right where they’re working, saving them multiple trips to and from the power source. This delivers significant benefits for productivity, efficiency and safety.”

With several ArcReach accessories to choose from, welders can remotely make process and parameter adjustments for stick, TIG, MIG, flux-cored, and advanced wire processes at the weld joint. Limiting jobsite movement and the necessary trips to the power source to make changes helps improve operator safety and save significant time.

This welder/generator also delivers industry-leading fuel economy thanks to Miller-exclusive Auto-Speed™ technology and Excel™ power. Auto-Speed technology is standard on all machines and matches engine speed to load, so operators get the welding power they need plus reduced fuel consumption and lower noise levels. Excel power is an option for this machine and provides a full 2,400 watts (20 amps) of 120-volt pure sine wave power at all speeds, including idle—unlike competitive machines that provide auxiliary power only at 3,600 rpm.
