STELLANTIS LAUNCHES PRO ONE IN NORTH AMERICA

Stellantis launches Stellantis Pro One in North America, formerly Stellantis Fleet and Business Solutions. Pro One, the name, structure and customer commitment are already driving the company’s commercial vehicle dominance in Europe, where it ranks number one. The launch now makes Stellantis Pro One a unified global business unit in North America.

“As an industry, we regularly talk about ‘best practices’ and Stellantis has the best available model in Pro One of Europe,” says Michael Ferreira, senior vice president, US fleet sales, Stellantis. “In North America, we are not only implementing new practices but already seeing results, made evident by a 30 percent increase in US fleet sales in the first quarter of this year versus last year.”

The Stellantis Pro One ecosystem is structured around these key pillars:

Pro One NEXT, the Stellantis Pro One Uptime Command Center, is currently in pilot testing in Europe, coming to the US soon. Data and Connectivity powers the full “over-the-air” updates and AI-native interaction between driver and vehicle. Stellantis CustomFit Program provides the ability for customers to track and trace where their vehicle is in the upfit process.

Of the key pillars, the full fleet ecosystem is rooted in Pro One NEXT. The process empowers Pro One teams to work with dealers and fleet customers through a dedicated command center to improve the ability to trace, track and deliver vehicles, as well as implement Mopar resources to conduct predictive maintenance to preserve customer uptime and avoid maintenance surprises.

As part of Stellantis Pro One’s introduction of 11 new models globally by 2030, nine will come to North America. The plan includes a midsize and large van platform powered by the STLA Brain architecture along with a full spectrum of powertrain options: battery-electric, hybrid and internal combustion engines. Stellantis Pro One is also undertaking a complete renewal of its full-size pickup lineup in North America, covering light-duty, heavy-duty and chassis-cab versions.
