Spireon won in the Organization of the Year category as it commits to stellar service and support for 20,000-plus customers. This also makes the second year in a row that Spireon has won this award.

Through the dedicated work of its customer service team, Spireon earned a Net Promotor Score (NPS) of 76.7 in 2019. That score greatly exceeds the industry average of 26 for business-to-business technology companies. Spireon credits its score to customer onboarding, customer interaction by multiple company teams, and round-the-clock support from US call centers. Additionally, Spireon answered customer service calls within 42 seconds in 2019 on average. That’s a 28% improvement from 2018’s average of 59 seconds.
