PU2000: BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM
Volvo Energy, part of the Volvo Group, today officially introduces the PU2000 Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), which supports energy optimization and resiliency, and accelerates the transition to electrification. The PU2000 delivers three key benefits; it ensures integration by connecting with the Volvo Cloud Energy Management System and the Volvo Site Controller for smooth operations, real-time monitoring, and cost-optimized energy use. Secondly, it provides safety, quality and security. The system is equipped with advanced fire prevention, liquid cooling, PFAS free direct injection fire suppression, robust cybersecurity, and Volvo supply chain controls. It offers flexible and future-ready performance. It supports peak shaving, load shifting, energy cost optimization, grid market revenue generation, EV charging integration, and island mode operation ensuring long term customer value.

SEVERE-DUTY BUSHINGS AND TORQUE RODS
Link Mfg., Ltd., enhanced severe-duty bushings and torque rods for Air Link suspension systems rated between 46,000 and 52,000 pounds. The modified rubber bushing design addresses critical wear patterns observed in intense applications. The bonded design maintains optimal clamp load throughout the bushing’s service life. The new bushings are fully interchangeable with previous designs, maintaining identical form, fit and function. The available severe-duty torque rods are engineered for suspensions rated between 46,000 and 60,000 lbs. Permanently lubricated spherical ball ends eliminate the need to clock ends to prevent rubber windup, and the double-adjustable design allows for exact length adjustments without shims. Link is currently developing severe-duty bushings for Air Link suspensions rated at 60,000 pounds and above, targeted for introduction in early 2026.

Weather Guard Folding Shelves are built from lightweight, rust-free aluminum, each shelf supports up to 300 pounds and uses the same mounting rail method as fixed shelving, Removable end caps allow shelves to convert into a continuous surface. Weather Guard Pro-Grade Rigid Van Flooring, built from a tough composite core with a rubber overlay, this rugged flooring features hi-visibility red sill plates that run edge to edge, adding traction and visibility at key entry points. It installs without drilling, is safe for electric vans, and is available for popular van models. VACUUM SERIES REEL
Coxreels V-100 Series product line now has a new 1 ¼” vacuum hose reel V-112-735 without hose and the V-112H-735 with hose. The new model is a smaller frame size featuring 12” diameter discs instead of the original 17” diameter discs and is designed for use with 35’ of 1 ¼” vacuum hose. The outlet connecting to the hose remains 1 ½” and our 1 ¼” hose comes equipped with 1 ½” slip cuffs on both ends for maximum flow. The swivel has been improved on the entire product line. The new swivel design still allows for the connection of multiple hose sizes by using the inside and the outside of the housing, but a greater gradual taper has increased the amount of compatible inlet hose cuffs. The swivel also has an enhanced O-ring sealing system for greater vacuum consistency and performance. The hose has a super flexible smooth interior hose suitable for commercial cleaning applications and is equipped with standard 1.5” threaded hose cuffs on both hose sizes.
