Pro-Vision Video Systems, a leader in mobile video solutions, announced the completed acquisition of Zone Defense. Zone Defense specializes in the development, engineering, and manufacturing of advanced vision systems for the automotive and fleet industries.
The acquisition accelerates Pro-Vision’s growth in video solutions for the commercial market, says Michael Finn, Pro-Vision president. He adds that it also expands Pro-Vision’s suite of video hardware and software products for commercial vehicles. Finally, Finn says it extends Pro-Vision’s sales reach for all markets deeper into Canada.
