Peterbilt Honored as Top Workplace for Women by Women in Trucking

This is the second time Peterbilt has received the award, which promotes the accomplishments of companies that are focused on the employment of women in the trucking and transportation fields.

Through its Diversity Council created in 2016, Peterbilt is committed to recruiting, developing, and promoting a diverse workforce while providing equal opportunities and career paths for all employees. Its mission is to cultivate an inclusive environment that fosters creativity, productivity, and mutual respect where all people feel like they belong and can succeed.
