Optronics International has named Erica Matthews as vice president of sales. Matthews will spearhead the company’s sales strategy, fuel revenue growth, and strengthen customer partnerships across key markets.
In her new role, Matthews will focus on accelerating sales performance, expanding into new markets, and strengthening the company’s position as a trusted partner in the global transportation industry.
Matthews joined Optronics in 2013 as part of the finance team. In her former role in credit management, she developed an excellent rapport with the company’s customers which served as a springboard into sales. Over her tenure with the company, she has consistently proven her ability to deliver results – particularly through securing some of the company’s most significant accounts – demonstrating both strategic insight and consistent execution. Most recently she served as director of sales.
