Engineered Components and Systems Unveils New Corporate Identity

CHANGES NAME TO CENTROMOTION; COMPLETES SALE TO ONE ROCK CAPITAL PARTNERS

Engineered Components & Systems (“EC&S”), previously a division of Actuant Corporation and recently acquired by an affiliate of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC (“One Rock”), announced it has changed its name to CentroMotion. CentroMotion is a global provider of advanced actuation and motion control systems/solutions encompassing six key brands: CrossControl, Elliott, Gits, Maximatecc, Power-Packer, and Weasler Engineering. The Company will retain its headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and continue to be led by Roger Roundhouse, who has been named CEO.
